The ISSAC consortium has been active since 1999, providing professional development to teachers and administrators in seven school districts in the area of technology integration.

The ISSAC Consortium will strive to improve instructional practices that employ technology and incorporate critical and higher level thinking skills to impact student achievement at the middle school and high school levels.  Professional development and reflective practices will be provided through online instructional networks, train the trainer models, and collaborative teams.
